At Asma's Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The item is not a sale or discounted item (unless defective)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (jewellery, scarves, bags) for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchange Policy

We offer size or colour exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp within the eligible period
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will guide you through the process
  4. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or as store credit.
