Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Hyderabad, and more.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 working days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–6 working days
• Remote Areas: 6–8 working days

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate applied at checkout based on your location
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain amount (check current promotions)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and reshipping charges will apply.
